Florabet 20 from Betula contains 14 Strains of Intestinal Microorganisms (20,000 Million Bacteria) in Delayed Release DR Capsules.
When choosing a probiotic, it is important that it provide a good variety of different strains, at relevant concentrations, and that these strains are resistant to heartburn and bile acids so that they can reach the intestine viably. The use of sustained-release capsules that cushion exposure to heartburn and improve the viability of ingested bacteria. Also, storage before use should ensure the least possible exposure to moisture. Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, preferably with breakfast. Do not ingest with hot drinks or food, since the heat kills the microorganisms.
If antibiotics are taken, wait at least two hours before taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
