Dual-Axis Solar Tracker Controller with Main Controller, Insolation Sensor, and Distribution

This is a two-axis solar tracking controller kit. It uses precise internal and external ring hole sensors to detect the sun's position, with the sensor signal analyzed by the controller's circuit. The corresponding platform must have two degrees of freedom and use a DC brush motor with a voltage of 12V or 24V. The current for a single motor must be under 15A. The platform requires limit switches for all four directions. The controller kit includes a main controller, an insolation sensor, and a main distribution box. The main controller features a waterproof housing with up to six waterproof sockets for connections. It has a 4mm mounting hole with a left-right distance of 174mm and a top-bottom distance of 60mm. All motherboard connections accept terminal wiring. The top cover includes a display and six operating buttons for parameter display, manual operation, and settings. The sunlight sensor must be installed on the platform's upper level, parallel to its top plane. When erected, the detection head's outlet hole should face the ground. In the Northern Hemisphere, mount the detection head on the eastern edge of the platform's northern side. For the Southern Hemisphere, mount it on the eastern edge of the southern side. Install the main distribution box near the platform's base column. It should not move with the platform and must be protected from rain and sunlight. The outlet hole should face downward to prevent water ingress, and the box should be positioned for comfortable observation and operation. Limit switch wiring is necessary. There are two methods: using an external normally closed micro-switch to directly control the motor power circuit, or inputting the limit signal into the controller using a normally open contact switch. Ensure the limit switch and any parallel diode can conduct sufficient current.
