Measure the current amplification factor (B) of the bipolar transistor and the on-voltage (Uf) of the emitter junction. transistors can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.</p> <p>4. The protection diodes inside bipolar transistors and MOSFETs can be detected and displayed on the screen.</p> <p>5. Measure the threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET.</p> <p>6. Support the measurement of two resistors, potentiometer can also be measured. The resolution is 0.01 ohms.
