Using a mirror, Instant Smile teeth are securely attached to your existing teeth. Press them firmly against the teeth and use your thumbs to gently press the impression material behind the natural teeth. 3. After 30 seconds, gently release the tooth from your mouth and cool it in a glass of cold water. The impression material will turn white as it hardens.
