Eladiet's Stress Out is a food supplement in the form of bi-layer tablets based on purple basil, magnesium, B vitamins, rhodiola, shisandra and eleutherococcus, with two release times. Firstly, the first immediate release layer contributes to greater vitality and resistance to stress, while the second prolonged release layer contributes to better adaptation of the body to stress. Properties: Purple basil: helps maintain vitality and contributes to resistance to stress. Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6 and magnesium: contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and magnesium: help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Rhodiola: contributes to optimal mental and cognitive function and helps the body adapt to emotional stress. Schisandra: may increase the ability to adapt to stress. Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily intake. Prolonged use is not permitted without specialist advice. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if concomitant use of anticoagulants is indicated. Keep out of reach of young children.
