This is stiff enough for nearly any machine. If you prefer a thicker / stiffer vane look for our heavy-duty kits. MOUNTING SLOTS- This was the first kit to introduce vane slots. The slots provide flexibility to tune your installation and allow you to advance the vanes if they ever do wear. Four slots provide more flexibility in your installation. If a gusset or rib is in the way you can skip a hole and still have 3. If you need to trim the vane you have more options. CLAMP PLATE BAR MATERIAL- Stainless steel for durability. HOLES- Holes are sized to accurately guide your drilling and to mate with the vanes. These are purpose specific parts, no extra holes. This means they will not cause an imbalance of your impeller. Bolts are 1 inch long to accommodate stamped impeller ribs.
