DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Wash hair twice with Purify Shampoo for a deep cleanse. If deep cleansing isn’t necessary, use a shampoo suited to your hair type. Then towel-dry the hair to remove excess water, but do not dry it completely. It’s important that the hair retains about 80% moisture when applying CPR. Apply CPR Step 1 to the mid-lengths and ends, or only on damaged areas, using a comb for even distribution. Cover with a plastic shower cap and apply heat for 10 minutes.
