Keep the voltage of your 12V Gel/Flood/AGM Lead Acid Batteries in perfect harmony with the Solar System Battery Equalizer 24V. Designed specifically for batteries connected in series, this handy device efficiently maintains voltage balance during charging, discharging, or idle status. It functions by detecting a voltage difference of 20mV between two batteries. Once identified, the equalizer shunts current from the higher voltage battery to the lower one until their voltages are nearly equal, resulting in improved battery performance and extended lifespan. The equalizer operates within a working voltage of 2x12V, a current of 0-5A, and features a standby current of less than 3mA. It comes with a protection mechanism against reverse polarity and a low voltage disconnect of 10V. This product can also accommodate 24V, 36V, 48V, or any other N*12V battery systems, offering you flexibility and convenience. For easy and secure installation, a black wire is used for connecting the negative pole, a red wire for the positive pole, and a white wire for the intermediate connection points of the two batteries. Compact and durable, the Battery Equalizer measuring at 70x70x27(mm), comes with a temperature sensor for ambient temps of -20℃ to +55℃.
