The PowerHub is a programmable controller with integrated multi-channel power management. It utilizes the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R8 master control module, a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor (240MHz clock speed), 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi support, and onboard 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM. The built-in STM32G031G8U6 coprocessor, coupled with multiple INA226 voltage and current detection ICs and an electronic switch design, accurately manages the power status of multiple expansion interfaces, achieving precise power consumption control and providing low-power wake-up functionality for the entire device. The device's USB Type-C port can be used for program downloads and USB On-The-Go (OTG) functionality. An integrated USB port switch allows switching between the bottom USB port and the front USB Type-A/USB Type-C port, facilitating USB peripheral expansion. The device utilizes an efficient power management system and supports multiple power supply methods (DC power supply + 2S battery power + PWR485/PWRCAN input power)(battery not included). It also includes 2xHY2.0-4P Grove interfaces, RS485, and CAN communication interfaces for easy connection to various sensors and industrial control equipment.
