Accuracy: Brix: 0.20%, Wort Specific Gravity: 0.001 SG. Directions for use: Open the cover plate and wipe the detection prism carefully with a soft cloth. Apply a few drops of the solution to be measured onto the prism. Gently close the cover plate to avoid bubbles and ensure even distribution of the solution across the prism surface. Point the instrument toward a light source or bright area, view through the eyepiece, and adjust the handwheel to sharpen the blue and white dividing line. The scale reading at the boundary indicates the solution concentration. Features automatic temperature compensation.
