This product is a MINI PCIE expansion card. It requires a MINI PCIE slot on the motherboard to install and operate. It cannot be installed in a PCI slot. Do not insert it into a PCI slot. Important compatibility note: Because the USB signal is output from the computer, some displays may miss the USB signal or show no signal output at all, which may render the card unusable. This is not a card fault. If the internal USB bridge is damaged and you cannot use this card, you can search for whitelist tutorials to unlock the USB port, so this product is suitable for users with computer skills. The MINI PCIE standard provides USB 2.0 signals and a 3.3V power supply. This product routes the USB signal to the USB HUB chip and boosts 3.3V to 5V/1A to power USB devices. Two USB 2.0 interfaces are exposed through the mPCIE card slot, suitable for connecting mini USB devices. Use scenarios Add USB 2.0 connectivity in a desktop or embedded system that has an available mini PCIE slot, for example to connect USB drives, keyboards, mice, or other USB peripherals. Use in small form factor builds or mini PCs where additional USB ports are needed without adding fullsize PCI cards or expanding PCI slots.
