Inme omega 3 from Inme Lab is a food supplement rich in essential fatty acids DHA and EPA, formulated to obtain an intensive improvement in brain, vision and skin function.
They are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that the human body is not capable of manufacturing, so the only way to obtain them is through the diet and/or food supplements.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of vision under normal conditions and to the correct visual and brain development of the fetus during pregnancy. It also helps maintain optimal brain function and promote cognitive development. An increase in DHA levels is related to the release of melatonin, which is the sleep hormone, favoring a better rest. EPA participates in the synthesis of prostaglandins and has beneficial properties in neurological disorders.
It is recommended to take 2 pearls a day with a glass of water in the morning accompanied by fatty foods.
