This locator is compatible with Android and iOS devices. Is there a distance limit? There are no distance restrictions, and the device is usable globally. As long as there are devices within 10-50 meters, the equipment can be located. Is it real-time? When devices are nearby, it can achieve near real-time positioning. The more devices in the vicinity, the more accurate the positioning becomes. If no devices are present, positioning will not occur until devices come within range (location updates may take 5 to 15 minutes). What is the working principle? The device sends out a secure Bluetooth signal every two seconds, which nearby devices (such as smartphones, computers, s, etc.) can receive. These devices then upload the data to iCloud, enabling location tracking. Only the owner of the locator can access the location data. Therefore, with more nearby devices, updates are faster and positioning is more accurate. Where is it most suitable for use? It is best suited for busy urban areas or locations with a high concentration of device users. Remote areas or places with few users are not ideal. Please evaluate your needs before purchasing. Why might positioning be inaccurate? Inaccuracy may occur if there are no devices nearby. It may take 5–15 minutes to update the location. Note that Bluetooth-based locators may not be as precise as GPS. However, GPS requires a SIM card, data plan, and frequent charging.
