Descriptions: This MESR-100 V2 automatic range capacitor ESR and low ohmmeter range from 0.001 to 100.0R, supporting circuit testing. Measuring ESR with a true 100 KHz sine wave is equivalent to the capacitor manufacturer's test method. Features: It is a series resistance inside the capacitor, using 100 kHz to remove impedance 1/(2*pi*F*C). The impedance decreases, and then we can measure the true series resistance. Using this theory, we can measure whether the capacitor is damaged or in good condition. Our ESR meters only apply a DC or max value of less than 15 mV on good capacitance, so we can use it in circuit testing. When repairing TV, LCD, audio board, etc., we can test capacitors in the circuit.
