Then install the strainer, and then pour ground coffee into the strainer (do not tamp it down). Place it on the stove. The water boils and turns into steam, then passes from the lower tank to the top, brewing the coffee in the strainer. When you hear steam whistling from the bottom opening, remove the coffee maker from the stove. The total brewing time is 3-4 minutes.* Not all induction hobs support cookware with a small bottom diameter. In this case, use an induction pad.
