To use this controller, replace the Bluetooth board and controller with our components. B. This product modifies the scooter’s software to increase speed. If your motor is 250W, achieving higher speeds may be limited due to motor constraints. The maximum speed of 38km/h may not be attainable without upgrading to a 350W or higher motor. C. This product is intended for private use only. Use in public transportation areas is not permitted. Modifications may alter controller software and could invalidate insurance. Users assume all risks. Low Speed Mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). 2. High Speed Mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the stem. Keep these screws for reassembly. 3. Open the stem cover to access the display and wiring. Locate the connector in the middle of the cable and disconnect it. 4. Insert the controller between the display and the wire, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding damage to internal pins. 5. Place the controller inside the stem and secure the cover using the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Pull the brake lever three times, then press the throttle three times. The display will show "38", indicating the update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this process. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart. The scooter should now reach speeds up to 38km/h. Perform a test ride to confirm functionality.
