Organic cocoa paste 100% cocoa (Peru), from the Alto Piura region. It is the Blanxart specialty with the highest percentage of cocoa, characterized by its purity. Made with fine cocoa of the Criollo variety. It stands out for the presence of an intense citrus note, along with vegetal and earthy nuances. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar. Tasting note: Intense citrus note along with vegetal and earthy nuances. Soft notes of dried fruits combined with a powerful cocoa result. The following face order is recommended to enjoy the entire personality of this tablet: Observe its color and brightness. Smell and detect the first nuances. Break it open and hear a clean crunch. Taste it and identify the aromas in full. May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 21ºC.
