Congo dark chocolate 91% Eco 80 g

Organic dark chocolate tablet 91% cocoa (Congo), collected in the Mountains of the Moon, in the tropical basin of the Congo. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa, intense but with an aromatic personality. Organic chocolate made with fine cocoa from the Forastero variety. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar. Tasting note: Soft fruity essence. Reminiscent of red fruits. It reveals vegetal and earthy notes, well complemented by a strong spicy touch fusing with a black tea nuance. The following face order is recommended to enjoy the full personality of this tablet: Notice its color and brightness. Smell and detect the first nuances. Crack it open and hear a clean crack. Taste it and identify the aromas in full May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 21ºC. Given the qualities of the product, avoid refrigeration if possible. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture. ES-ECO-019-CT
