Brush at a 45-degree angle in short, half-tooth-width strokes from the gum line down. Tilt up for the upper teeth and tilt down for the lower teeth. Start from the outside of the teeth, then move inwards. Move to chewing surfaces, keep it flat, and brush back and forth. Store it upright, on a rack or cup, where it can dry.
