Rotate the calibration bolt to make the blue and white dividing line in the eyepiece field of view coincide with the reference line (0%) (Note: This optical instrument has been calibrated when it leaves the factory and can be used directly).3. Measurement: Wipe the surface and cover of the prism with a soft flannel, open the cover , take 2~3 drops of the tested solution and drop it on the refracting prism , cover the cover gently press flat, no inside Air bubbles, and then read the relative scale of the blue and white dividing line through the eyepiece , which is the measured value of the liquid to be measured.4.
