1. Collect urine in a clean and dry container. Do not use first morning urine. The best time to collect urine is between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Try to use the urine sample at the same time each day. Avoid drinking large amounts of fluids 2 hours before collecting urine. 2. Immerse the test strip into the urine up to the MAX mark line for about 3 seconds. Remove and place the strip flat. Read the result within 10 to 20 minutes. Do not read results after 30 minutes. Normal women ovulate each month.
