How to know the battery is fully charged Current drops to below 0.3A (or 0.5A) Charging indicator light is off Note: For normal batteries, if abnormal, refer to the first item 2. How to use maintenance (repair) mode First, select the appropriate battery type. Then, press the maintenance button. It will start working. After maintenance is complete (takes about 1 hour), it will automatically switch to smart charging. It will stop when full. Common issues: 1. Charger shows battery is fully charged, but battery is not actually full. Reason: Due to high internal resistance of the battery or reduced battery capacity, for depleted batteries, sulfated batteries, or batteries with low voltage, long idle time. Battery voltage will immediately soar, causing the battery to show 100 percent state without being completely charged. Solution: Charge in maintenance mode, it will stop automatically when full. (Stop charging immediately if the battery heats up!) 2. Battery voltage is normal, but the charger is not working. Reason: No AC power input. Solution: Check if AC power is normal, try again after changing the socket. 3. Unable to fully charge after long charging. Reason: Battery is sulfated, or feeder, or internal water in the battery is depleted. Battery voltage will remain low, causing the battery to be unable to fully charge. 4. Why the 12V battery can be charged but not the 24V battery Because the combined voltage of the two batteries can't reach more than 18V, so it can't recognize 24V. We can charge them for a period of time at a time(half hour‑1 hour), then connect them together to charge. Note: A: The above charging data is the actual reference for normal battery charging. For sulfurized batteries, internal resistance batteries and residual power batteries, the above charging time is not a reference. B: When we charge small batteries (capacity less than 20AH), or scrap, leakage, or when charging for the first time, we need to pay attention to the fact that when the battery case becomes hot, please stop charging!.
