Insert the gas cartridge into the gas hole and press down to fill. Fill for approximately 10 seconds, then wait a few minutes for the gas to stabilize before use. If you hear a whistling sound after filling, gently press the gas inlet with a pointed object to eliminate it. Ignition Instructions: Attach the soldering iron tip. Slide the switch to the ON position and listen for a hissing sound. Press the electronic switch to ignite. Let the flame burn for 3 minutes to allow for reduction; the iron head will continue to heat up. Adjust the flame size as needed. The product temperature can reach up to 1300 degrees Celsius (soldering iron temperature 450 degrees Celsius). Use with caution and ensure the switch is in the OFF position after use. When using the gas soldering iron, pay close attention to ensure the flame is completely eliminated. Allow the iron to turn red before working to extend the life of the iron head. Clean the nozzle frequently, as gas may be released to varying degrees. To clean, press the nozzle onto the gas tank outlet and spray to achieve a cleaning effect. Avoid dropping the tool.
