Universal Input PID Temp Controller

Physical size: 5.0 cm wide × 5.0 cm deep × 10.0 cm tall; construction: ABS enclosure with internal electronics; display: 4-digit LED, user-switchable between °C and °F. Input flexibility: accepts 10 thermocouple types (K, J, T, E, R, S, B, N, PLII, WRe) and RTD inputs (Pt100, Cu50), all configured locally via front keys. Accuracy and resolution: ±0.1°C typical error; 0.1° resolution for thermal sensors, 0.001 for analog voltage/current. Control logic: full PID algorithm with auto-tune, supporting heating and cooling modes. Outputs: one short-shell mechanical relay and one SSR voltage output (3–32 VDC, single channel). Widely deployed in ceramic kilns, metal heat-treatment furnaces, food-grade ovens, biomedical incubators and chemical process vessels where precise, field-adaptable temperature regulation is required.
