For example, in an empty, clean jam jar, the product is food-safe. At the beginning, the lecithin forms clumps - this is a natural process. Shake the container vigorously for at least 15 seconds. Then let the flaky water-gel mixture rest for at least two hours. After the resting phase, shake the container vigorously again until the gel has completely dissolved in the water and combined to form a homogeneous, milky liquid. Then dilute the liquid with the remaining amount of water (depending on the amount of application required). Spray the plant parts thoroughly on the top and bottom with dripping wet. Some crops are particularly sensitive. The compatibility of the product should be tested before large-scale application.
