<p>Accessories for barbecue skewers. With this set of skewer weights you have the perfect accessory for your barbecue skewer. Whether it's spit roast or chicken, it always happens that your skewered food is not skewered in the middle and is therefore unbalanced.</p> <p>Solution I This means that the electric skewer is spinning rarely and therefore the roast is toasted unevenly. With this skewer counterweight you can counteract that and let the spit spin evenly.</p> <p>Here's how it works: Place your food (if any) evenly on the skewer rod and slide the counterweight onto the skewer rod. skewer (do not screw tight). It doesn't matter if the counterweight should rotate inside or outside the cooking chamber.</p> <p>Then place the skewer and the food to be grilled (roast, chicken, etc.) on your skewer (e.g. gas grill side panels). If there is an imbalance, you will find that the side with the greater imbalance will rotate downward.</p> <p>STEP I 1. Place the balancing weight vertically upward (opposite the imbalance). - 2. Fix the balancing weight by turning the "L-bar". 3. Slide the weight along the "L-bar" according to the amount of imbalance.
