16channel control module with ULN2803 sink outputs, optically isolated inputs, and RS485 remote I/O capability. 16channel ULN2803based sink outputs drive relays, solenoids, or LEDs from a microcontroller or PLC. 16 optically isolated inputs provide photoelectric isolation; inputs are NPN, activelow for noise immunity and groundloop protection. RS485 bus compatibility allows 16 inputs to control 16 outputs on a second board; requires proper register configuration for crossboard operation. Six operation modes: Open, Close, Momentary, Selflocking, Interlock, and Delay; flexible sequencing for various actuators and safety requirements. Compact, robust design suitable for control panels and automation racks; reliable performance with isolation and standard interfaces. Use cases: gate/door control in access systems; industrial automation for valves or relays; building automation and remote lighting/pump control.
