This ready-to-use mirror icing preparation will give your pastries and biscuits a smooth icing but will also be very useful for making precision decorations. Very easy to use, simply heat the pot in a bain-marie to 50°C without the lid, turn the preparation regularly, then place your icing on a glazed cake and it's ready It dries very quickly.
