Quick Fit Aluminium Fork Rack

Measured physical size: 110 × 62 × 40 mm. Crafted from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy — known for excellent tensile strength (≥ 290 MPa), fatigue resistance, and weldability — ensuring reliable performance across thousands of mounting cycles. Finish: industrial-grade matte black anodising. Functional highlight: a single-motion quick-release lever actuates a dual-cam clamping system, delivering uniform pressure across the fork dropout. Four plug-and-play quills support the most widely adopted thru-axle configurations: 5 mm (W10O), 12 mm (W100), and both 15 mm variants (W100 & W110) — verified against Shimano, SRAM, and Fox OEM specifications. Use-case flexibility: mounts vertically for space-efficient bike stacking in urban homes or community bike sheds; mounts horizontally on flat load surfaces for secure transport — tested up to 25 kg static load (per fork) on uneven terrain. All components fit within the stated dimensions for hassle-free packing and storage.
