Attention must be paid when using the switching power supply. Because the high power switching power supply generally has a slow start function, that is, the output voltage rises slowly at the beginning. If the voltage is connected to the induction heating circuit before it rises to 11V, the circuit will not vibrate due to insufficient voltage, so that MOS tubes on both sides will be connected at the same time and the components will be burned. Therefore, it is necessary to connect the induction heating circuit after the voltage of the switching power supply is stable, you can connect an air switch between the power supply and the motherboard, and wait for the power supply to stabilize before pushing the air switch; 3. This circuit has very strict requirements for power supply. A 12V power supply must use a power supply greater than 500W, 24V greater than 1000W, 36V greater than 1500W, 48V greater than 2000W (recommended working voltage 48V); 4. Regardless of the voltage used, as long as the working current remains below 40A, the circuit will not burn out. Therefore, a 40A fuse can be added to preserve the circuit during high power operation; 5. It is inevitable to generate heat during high power operation, so a fan should be used to effectively dissipate heat while working; 6. The working voltage must never be lower than 12V; 7. When the heating machine is working, the heating coil will generate high heat, and water cooling must be used to cool the heating coil to avoid damage to the motherboard due to high temperatures; 8. The power input terminal is marked with positive and negative poles, do not reverse connect, and absolutely prohibit the use of AC power!! 9. The heating coil may deform during transportation, causing a short circuit between layers. Please separate it before connecting the motherboard, otherwise overload may occur and the motherboard may be burned out; 10. Do not power on the board with no load (here, no load refers to the output not connected to any load, connecting the heating coil without heating the object is not considered no load), otherwise the board will emit high frequency noise, instantly burn out the motherboard, and be completely scrapped!
