Firm EPP Half Round Roller

Crafted from resilient EPP foam, this half round roller combines structural integrity with portability. It stands 12 cm tall and comes in four practical lengths: 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm and 90 cm. Its asymmetrical geometry—a flat underside and convex top—supports two distinct functional modes: grounded stability for stretching and posture work, and controlled instability for balance conditioning. Ideal for adults integrating functional movement into daily routines, it transitions effortlessly between living rooms, home offices and studio settings. Always use on level, dry, non-slip flooring. Begin balance drills adjacent to a wall or fixed object. Use the curved surface exclusively for deliberate stability challenges. Cease use immediately if discomfort, vertigo or instability arises, or if the material shows cracks or lasting deformation.
