Die-Cast V8 Engine Model Kit

This V8 engine model kit utilises over 500 die-cast metal and engineered plastic components to recreate the geometry and kinematics of a classic cross-plane V8. Final assembled dimensions: approx. 22 cm (L) × 12 cm (W) × 14 cm (H); weight approx. 1.8 kg. Includes English instruction booklet and a quiet-running DC motor for live demonstration. Key functional elements include reciprocating pistons with visible stroke length, rotating crankshaft with harmonic balancer, twin camshafts driving pushrods and rocker arms, and a fully articulated distributor cap. All motion remains visible and unobstructed from front, side and top views. Targeted at adult learners, educators and automotive enthusiasts aged 14+, the kit supports deliberate practice in mechanical comprehension, precision assembly and diagnostic observation — and transitions seamlessly into permanent display as a symbol of craftsmanship and engineering curiosity.
