AD831 High Frequency RF Mixer Module Professional 0.1‑500MHz Single Chip Frequency Converter for HF VHF Receiver

1、Application: The AD831 is a low distortion, wide dynamic range, single chip mixer for HF and VHF receivers, RF IF frequencies, second mixers in base stations, DC baseband conversion, quadrature modulation and demodulation, as well as ultrasound imaging and other applications. 2、Premium Performance: No corresponding shielding and isolation, improved system performance compared to passive mixers, single power supply with DC isolation capacitors for RF, IF and LO ports. 3、Parameters: RF and LO inputs operate up to 500 MHz The IF output is a single ended voltage output with 250 MHz output bandwidth, a single resistor connected between pins OUT and FB is used to set the gain. 4、Noise Figure, No Insertion Loss: The mixer's SSB noise figure is 10.3 dB at 70 MHz when the mixer's output amplifier and optimal source impedance are present, the AD831 has no insertion loss, requires no external duplexing device, and requires no passive termination. 5、‑10 dBm LO Power: The AD831 provides a +24 dBm third order intermodulation intercept point to achieve ‑10 dBm LO power, eliminating the need for a high power LO driver.
