Description

The OH49E linear Hall effect sensor features a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, linear amplifier, and emitter follower. The input is magnetic induction, and the output is proportional to the input. The quiescent output voltage (B = 0 GS) is half the supply voltage. The magnetic S-pole on the sensor's marking surface drives the output above zero, while the N-pole drives it below. The instantaneous and proportional output voltage levels determine the magnetic flux density of the most sensitive surface. Increasing the supply voltage increases sensitivity.
